My family and I have lived just north of Mount Airy since
moving to Maryland in 2000. Since then my four children have
attended each of the Carroll County public schools including
the Community College and my wife, Judi, operates an interior
design business in the area (Homescapes by Judi ). In
addition we have participated in sports programs and been
active in church and community functions so I am well
acquainted with the area and much of what it has to offer.

After spending twenty years in engineering and technical sales, I decided in 2003 that it was time for a change
and I began my career in real estate. Since then, I have averaged about $7M per year in sales, mostly in
Carroll, Frederick, Howard and Montgomery counties, although I have also been active in Baltimore, Anne
Arundel and Washington counties. My clients appreciate that I take the time to understand their goals and
provide thorough and effective service with an easy going manner. Many have shown their gratitude by

fact, approximately 70% of my sales are repeat or referral business.
